I hate the way the 'Chelsea Tractor' set have those bull bars on. I think they are a serious road safety hazard .... and there are no bulls or kangaroos round here to warrant the addition of them. If they hit a child with one of those ..... they are more likely to kill them, even at low speeds. Tax 'em!! :D
Its different where you are ...Melanie.... out in the Wild West ... but I'm talking about people that drive 4x4s in urban areas ..... just to pose :)

I haven't really got a posh accent ... AJ... :)) Its just a plain English accent... actually, I don't really have an accent... not anywhere near as high-faluting as the Sloane Ranger types!! :D Altho' I have to say that one of my friends has what would be described as a posh accent.... and she is really nice... not stuck-up at all :D
Anyway, Duncan is now blogging as Hen Broon... he must have been moderated for all the spamming and chasing people, like AM, round the boards that he does. Tsk, tsk..... fancy getting yourself moderated ... .:D

Anna, there are some parts here where ranch/towing 4x4 vehicles are necessary. I don't care much for the urban moms in their 4x4 SUV's either..big waste of petrol, (but at least most of them work for their money); what is worse, which I see often here....are the nice SUV, with the nice and loud stereo, driven by a bedangled of jewelry female with multiple children in tow....parking at the welfare office to collect her check...our tax dollars at work...woo hoo!!! (not being catty, the abuse/misuse of welfare is just an unfortunate truth that I'm sure you're all familiar with)
Well, time for afternoon tea and to enjoy the sprinkle of rain we're having....no mud-wamping in my 4x4 this morning, drat!, had too many errands, and four-legged critters to see to!!! :D
I'm popping over to the Spring Flower show!!.... This one is getting too slow to download :)
